Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address, reroute to a different address, or change the method and speed of shipping. As much as we want to help, unfortunately Ready-Made has no additional leverage with the USPS or with local post offices.

Shipping Protection — from $0.98, optional, added at checkout
We offer optional Shipping Protection that covers your order if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged on its way to you — including packages stolen after they’re marked delivered by the carrier. If that happens, email support@ready-made.co with your order number and we’ll replace it. No claim forms.

You’ll see Shipping Protection in your cart before checkout. The price is based on your order total:
Orders up to $50 — $0.98
Orders $50 to $100 — $1.98
Orders $100 to $200 — $2.98
Orders over $200 — $3.98

Shipping Protection does not cover return shipping. If you decide to send something back, the return label is paid by you and the exact cost is shown in the returns portal before you confirm. See Returns & Exchanges for the full policy.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If you have Shipping Protection, email support@ready-made.co with your order number and we’ll get a replacement out to you.
Without Shipping Protection, we can’t guarantee a replacement once a package has left our studio — but email us anyway and we’ll do what we can.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and sent out for delivery within 6 business days following the day of purchase. As noted above, processing time is not included in shipping time. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for all engraved/personalized items. Busy holidays and sales events may delay processing time for up to an additional 6 business days.

Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your package contains incorrect or missing items, please email support@ready-made.co with your order number and the items that are incorrect or missing and we'll be sure to assist you immediately. If your order contains incorrect or damaged, please include photos when possible to expedite the replacement process. 

Defective Items
If upon receipt, your order contains defective items, please email support@ready-made.co with a photo or video and we will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately. We will cover return shipping if we ask for defective items to be returned to us. Please note that if the item is non-defective, our usual Return Policy and process will apply.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to address errors will only be resent if the customer covers the shipping cost of $5.50. The customer must reach out and provide the correct address. 

Receipts

All receipts are emailed shortly after the transaction is processed and, therefore, billing information is not included in our packaging.

International Countries We Ship To:
We ship to Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. Shipping rates for international orders is a flat rate of $29 by USPS International Mail (12-25 business days after processing) or $42 by DHL (7-15 business days after processing).

Ready-Made is not liable for any orders once they leave our studio and are picked up by the carrier. Please double check that the correct shipping address and telephone number is provided — we are unable to make any changes once the package is picked up. The customer is responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes incurred. We accept returns on international orders, but we are unable to offer exchanges.

Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is offered at a flat rate of $12 for USPS Standard Mail (up to 25 business days after processing), or $29 for DHL Express (Up to 8 business days after processing). Customers shall be responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees applicable to the delivery.

Shipping to Other Countries
International Shipping to other countries listed is offered at a flat rate of $29 with USPS International (Up to 25 business days after processing). Customers shall be responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees applicable to the delivery.
