Shipping & Delivery

Shipping (Domestic) 
A flat rate of $5.50 is charged for domestic shipping for all orders under $50, and is completed with USPS Standard Shipping (3-8 business days, not including processing time). Priority Shipping (1-3 business days, not including processing time) and UPS Ground Shipping (3-8 business days, not including processing time) is offered at checkout for $9. Free Shipping is offered for purchases $50 and above. California residents shall be subject to sales tax, included at checkout. 

Once a package is shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address, reroute to a different address, or change the method and speed of shipping. As much as we want to help, unfortunately Ready-Made has no additional leverage with the USPS or with local post offices.


Shipping Insurance Offered at Checkout
We offer affordable shipping insurance against lost, damage, or theft via Route. Route allows easy claim filing in the event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen (including porch piracy) even after your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, and will cover the cost of your package entirely or repurchase your order for you. Shipping insurance can be easily purchased by checking the Route option box during checkout. 

Unfortunately, Ready-Made is not responsible for lost and stolen packages and packages damaged during transit as Route handles all claims and reshipments on Ready-Made's behalf.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and sent out for delivery within 4 business days following the day of purchase. As noted above, processing time is not included in shipping time. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for all engraved/personalized items. Busy holidays and sales events such as Black Friday Cyber Monday may delay processing time for up to 6 business days.


Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If you purchased Route Shipping insurance, please file your claim at claims.route.com. You will need your Order Number and email associated with the order. Route will either reimburse you or repurchase your order at no additional cost. 

Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your package contains incorrect or missing items, please email support@ready-made.co with your order number and the items that are incorrect or missing and we'll be sure to assist you immediately. If your order contains incorrect or damaged, please include photos when possible to expedite the replacement process. 


Defective Items
If upon receipt, your order contains defective items, please email support@ready-made.co with a photo or video and we will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately. We will cover return shipping if we ask for defective items to be returned to us. Please note that if the item is non-defective, return shipping fees will apply. 


Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to address errors will only be resent if the customer covers the shipping cost of $3.50. The customer must reach out and provide the correct address. 

Receipts
All receipts are emailed shortly after the transaction is processed and, therefore, billing information is not included in our packaging.


International Shipping 

International Countries We Ship To:
We ship to Canada,
Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. Shipping rates for international orders is a flat rate of $29 by USPS International Mail (12-25 business days after processing) or $42 by DHL (7-15 business days after processing).

For all international orders, we strongly encourage that customers purchase Route Shipping Insurance (starting as low as $0.99) as Route is responsible for reimbursing all shipping delays or lost packages. Ready-Made is not liable for any orders once it leaves our studio and is picked up by the carrier. Please double check that the correct shipping address and telephone number is provided. Please note that we are unable to make any changes once the package is picked up by the carrier. The customer is responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes incurred.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping to Canada is offered at a flat rate of $12 for USPS Standard Mail (up to 25 business days after processing), or $29 for DHL Express (Up to 8 business days after processing). Customers shall be responsible for all dutiestaxes, and brokerage fees applicable to the delivery.

Shipping to Other Countries

International Shipping to other countries listed is offered at a flat rate of $29 with USPS International (Up to 25 business days after processing). Customers shall be responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees applicable to the delivery.
