Shipping Protection
Optional, and you’ll see it in your cart before checkout — $0.98 to $3.98 depending on your order total. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email
support@ready-made.co with your order number and we’ll replace it. No claim forms.
Returning or exchanging something
21 days for returns, 30 days for exchanges, from the day your order ships. Clean, unworn, same condition as it arrived.
Return shipping is paid by you. The exact cost is shown in the portal before you confirm, so nothing is a surprise. You can drop the package at any USPS location, or schedule a pickup for a small fee.
Refunds to your original payment have a $1 per item restocking fee. Exchanges and store credit have no fee.
Final sale
All earrings (hygiene), personalized or engraved items, gift cards, nose bridge cuffs, silk, free and promo items, and anything marked Sale. Shipping and Shipping Protection are non-refundable.

If we got it wrong
Wrong item, missing item, or defective — don’t use the portal. Email
support@ready-made.co with your order number and a photo, and we’ll fix it. That one’s on us, and we cover the shipping.
A few details
- Refunds reflect prices at time of purchase. We don’t do price adjustments.
- If your order got free shipping, a full return has the shipping cost deducted.
- If a discount needed a minimum number of items, returning below that minimum voids it and may adjust your refund.
- Free BOGO items come back with the order, or they’re charged at full price.
