Return and Exchange

HOLIDAY 2023 EXTENDED RETURNS | BFCM+ CYBER DISCOUNT CODE LIMITATIONS
Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 have extended returns until January 15, 2024. All returns are processed via  returns.ready-made.coFinal Sale items still apply. 

Orders using a Black Friday or Cyber Monday discount code are eligible for Return for Store Credit only. Early Access begins Nov. 15, and the public BFCM sale runs from Nov. 20 - 29.  Please place orders early to receive items in time should one wish to use store credit to purchase new sizes/items when the sale (same discount code) is ongoing. Final Sale items still apply. 

Final Sale Items: 
All earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized/engraved items, gift cards, nose bridge cuffs, silk items, free/promo items, and items marked Sale are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable. Shipping costs and other shipping services including Route insurance are non-refundable.

Returns/Exchanges for US Orders: We accept returns and exchanges for clean, unworn items within 21 days (returns) and 30 days (exchanges) of fulfillment date (ship-out date) through our Returns or Exchange Process (scroll down for instructions). All items must be in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. After 21 or 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. All Returns and Exchanges are processed via Loop ( returns.ready-made.co).  Please note: If you received a discount code that required a minimum number of items, returning an item that makes the order fall below the minimum number will void the discount and may result in an adjusted refund amount.  Full returns on orders that received complimentary shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Returns/Exchanges for International Orders: We accept returns for clean, unworn items within 30 days of fulfillment date (ship-out date). Customers must bear all costs of shipping back their return to us. Please email support@ready-made.co for further assistance. We do not offer exchanges for International Orders. 

Incorrect or Missing Items
In the rare event that your package contains incorrect or missing items, please email support@ready-made.co with your order number and the items that are incorrect or missing and we'll be sure to assist you immediately. If your order contains incorrect items, please include photos when possible to expedite the replacement process. You do not need to go through our Returns/Exchanges process for incorrect items. It's our responsibility to make it up to you. 

Defective Items
If upon receipt, your order contains defective items, please email support@ready-made.co with a photo or video and we will send a replacement immediately. You do not need to go through our Returns/Exchanges process for incorrect items. We will cover return shipping if we ask for defective items to be returned to us. Please note that if the item is non-defective, you will be asked to revert to our Returns/Exchanges process via Loop (returns.ready-made.co).

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Please visit returns.ready-made.co to begin your return. You will need your Order Number and either Email or Zip Code used to place the order.
  2. The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs back to Ready-Made for Returns that are charged in the form of a handling fee that is calculated based on the customer's shipping address. The handling fee will be shown prior to your confirming the return, and will not be more than $4.00. 
  3. Package jewelry in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. If possible use the original mailer box; otherwise, please use a secure box that will allow sufficient protection of the jewelry in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged upon receipt will not pass inspection. Remove any old labels and apply the Return Label on the outside of the mailer/box.  
  4. Drop off your package at any USPS location.
  5. Once we are in receipt of your return and have inspected it, we will process your refund in the original form of payment or as a gift card/store credit depending on what you select on Loop. Returning items must be received within 30 calendar days of day of fulfillment.
Important Note: Any refunds or partial refunds will reflect prices at the time of purchase. We do not offer price adjustments. Full returns on orders that received complimentary shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund. 

 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Please visit returns.ready-made.co to begin your exchange. You will need your Order Number and either Email or Zip Code used to place the order.
  2. Package jewelry in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. If possible use the original mailer box; otherwise, please use a secure box that will allow sufficient protection of the jewelry in its original packaging.   4. Once we are in receipt of the item being exchanged and have inspected it, we will ship out your replacement item to the original purchase address, unless you otherwise specify. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as the item is on its way. Returning items must be received within 30 days from date of fulfillment. Any refunds or partial refunds will reflect prices at the time of purchase. We do not offer price adjustments. 
Ready-Made is only responsible for shipping costs to the customer for the first exchange; any further exchanges after the first exchange must have shipping costs borne by the customer.
