2025 HOLIDAY FAQ + SHIPPING DEADLINES

I used one of the holiday discount codes, what are the exchange and return terms?
Orders using a Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday discount code are Final Sale, including items that are typically eligible for return, such as necklaces and pendants.
However, if you purchased REDO Protection, your return options expand as follows:

  • With REDO + Discount Code: Return for Refund or Store Credit, despite Final Sale status.

  • With REDO, No Discount Code: Return protection on all items, including those typically Final Sale (like earrings).

  • No REDO + Discount Code: No returns possible
  • No REDO, No Discount Code: Standard return policy applies (non-final sale items only, return shipping fee required).

    Please submit all returns via https://www.ready-made.co/apps/redo/returns-portal. Surprise gifts are under no circumstances eligible for exchange, store credit, or any other method of exchange for value. 

What items can discount codes be used on?
All holiday discount codes are applicable to all items EXCEPT gift cards, any bundles that are already discounted, engraving fees, shipping fees, taxes, and REDO package protection fees.

Do you offer extended return and exchanges during the Holiday Season?
All orders placed from 11/6 to 12/24 have extended returns and exchanges until January 15, 2025. Please note, any order using a holiday discount code is Final Sale unless Return Protection is purchased. If a discount code is not used, and Return Protection is not purchased, Final Sale items (earrings and personalized pieces) are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is the processing time for orders placed during the Holiday Season (11/06 to 12/31)?
During this peak time, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your order. Please allow an additional 3 business days for processing for orders placed with Priority Shipping. UPS Next Day Air Shipping will be processed the next business day. If your order includes engraving, please allow up to an additional 2 business days. We work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. We will send out an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

How do I return a gift?
Please visit returns.ready-made.co and enter the order number and the zip code to which the gift was shipped.

Do you include receipts inside orders/packages?
No, we don’t include receipts inside orders due to the fact that receipts are emailed after an order is placed.

Can my order be gift wrapped?
We don’t offer anything additional to our standard packaging, which is designed to be personalized and easily giftable. 

Can I include a handwritten note in my order?
Yes; please email support@ready-made.co with your Order Number and message within one hour of placing your order.

USPS Standard Shipping ($5.50/free for orders $50+): Monday, Dec. 15 by 12 PM PST
USPS Priority Mail ($9): Wednesday, Dec. 17 by 12 PM PST
UPS Ground ($9): Monday, Dec. 15 by 12 PM PST
UPS Next Day Air ($42): Monday, Dec. 22 by 1 pm PST 

United States APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
USPS Standard Shipping ($5.50/free for orders $50+): Dec. 12
USPS Priority Mail ($9): Dec. 15

Canada
