I used one of the holiday discount codes, what are the exchange and return terms?
Orders using a Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday discount code are eligible for Return for Store Credit only. Please submit all returns via returns.ready-made.co. Surprise gifts (such as the gumball) are under no circumstances eligible for exchange, store credit, or any other method of exchange for value. 

What items can discount codes be used on?
All holiday discount codes are applicable to all items EXCEPT gift cards, any bundles that are already discounted, sale items, engraving fees, shipping fees, taxes, and Route insurance fees.

How do I get the CYBER MONDAY Gumball Surprise?
Between 11/27 6:30am PST and 11/29 11:59pm PST, a gumball surprise is automatically added to any order $35 and above (before shipping, taxes, and Route Insurance). There is no need to enter a code as gumballs are added during fulfillment based on the dollar amount spent for orders.

Do you offer extended return and exchanges during the Holiday Season (11/14 to 12/24?
All orders placed from 11/15 to 12/24 have extended returns and exchanges until January 15. Please note, any order using a holiday discount code (20%-25%) is eligible for Return for Store Credit only. Final Sale items (earrings, nose bridge cuffs, and personalized pieces) are not eligible.

What is the processing time for orders placed during the Holiday Season (11/14 to 1/15)?
During this peak time, please allow up to 6 business days for us to process your order. If your order includes engraving, please allow up to an additional 2 business days. We work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. We will send out an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

How do I return a gift?
Please visit returns.ready-made.co and enter the order number and the zip code to which the gift was shipped.

Do you include receipts inside orders/packages?
No, we don’t include receipts inside orders due to the fact that receipts are emailed after an order is placed.

Can my order be gift wrapped?
We don’t offer anything additional to our standard packaging, which is designed to be personalized and easily giftable. You can elect to include a sticker sheet to decorate your jewelry gifts — please just tick the checkbox "Sticker Bombe" when you are checking out.

Can I include a handwritten note in my order?
Yes; please email support@ready-made.co with your Order Number and message within one hour of placing your order.
