Discount Codes and Promotions

Orders using any of the BFCM or Holiday codes are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except for orders that purchase REDO Final Sale Protection, which will allow refunds to original payment or store credit. 

Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders, engraving fees, shipping fees, and taxes. Discount codes cannot be combined.

Free Gifts

Surprise gifts, mystery gifts, or any other gifting event resulting from any BFCM and Holiday promotions cannot be exchanged for another product or exchanged for cash or store credit.
