Minimal care required! Make a little dishwashing detergent bubble bath and soak your pieces. Scrub with a soft bristled brush if needed. Then rinse with clean water and dry with a soft towel. Store pieces separately to avoid scratching. Avoid rough surfaces during wear.

I got the gold 20" mixed media chain.
The first thing I will say, which might seem odd, is that the sound, weight and feel of the chain is different than I expected. It makes a tinkling sound, it's lighter than I expected, and isn't very cold and warms up to my neck quite quickly (a plus). This is probably because of the metal it is made out of. I was expecting it to be heavy and cold.
Other details: The flat part of the chain is one continuous piece. The twistes metal is two rods of metal twisted together, then bent/shaped into a chain loop, cut and the ends meet together. Much like a jump ring, the ends meet by aligning and pressing together. The ends are hidden by the chains connecting, so it's not ever visible when you are wearing it.
One thing I enjoy about this necklace is that if the lobster clasp rotates to the front of your neck, it's harder to notice because of all of the textures of the chains.
