Minimal care required! Make a little dishwashing detergent bubble bath and soak your pieces. Scrub with a soft bristled brush if needed. Then rinse with clean water and dry with a soft towel. Store pieces separately to avoid scratching. Avoid rough surfaces during wear.

I was worried about weight but that part is not too bad; the issue is the post is an odd shape and wildly uncomfortable in the ears. Like instant pain for me. Unfortunately not returnable and totally unwearable for me.
