We accept returns and exchanges for clean, unworn items within 21 days (for returns) or 30 days (for exchanges) of fulfillment date (ship-out date). All items must be in the same condition as when received. After 21 or 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
International orders are excluded from exchanges but are allowed for return.

Click the Returns + Exchange Portal button above to begin your return. You will need your order number and email/zip code used to place the order. If Free Returns & Shipping Coverage was not purchased during the time of order, the cost of return shipping will display in the portal for your confirmation. There are no shipping label fees for orders covered by the Free Returns & Shipping Coverage. Should the customer opt out of this coverage, they will bear the cost of return shipping.02.
Package jewelry in the same condition and original packaging as received. Please use the original mailer if possible; otherwise, you can use a secure box that will allow sufficient protection of the jewelry in its original packaging. Remove any old labels and apply the Return Label on the outside of the package.03.
Drop off your package at any USPS location. You may also schedule a free USPS pickup.04.
Once we have received and inspected your order, we will either process your exchange and ship out your new items or process your refund via the method indicated during return initiation. (Please note: All refunds to the original form of payment will incur a $1/item restocking fee. There are no restocking fees for exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit/gift card.)In the rare event that your package contains incorrect or missing items, please email us at:
Include your order number and the items that are incorrect or missing and we'll be sure to assist you immediately. If your order contains incorrect items, please include photos when possible to expedite the replacement process.
You do not need to go through our returns or exchanges process for incorrect items. It's our responsibility to make it up to you.
If upon receipt, your order contains defective items, please email us with a photo or video and we will send a replacement immediately. We will cover return shipping if we ask for defective items to be returned to us.
Please note that if the item is non-defective, our usual Return Policy and process will apply.
We’ve adopted processes from the aerospace industry to make jewelry that is eco-friendly and ethical. Our coating procedure uses no water and chemicals, releases no fumes, and leaves behind no residues. By eliminating mined gold and gemstones, we can be less destructive to the environment and not harm vulnerable communities.
Through advanced technology and nontraditional materials, we’re able to create affordable pieces that not only are more durable (we’re waterproof and chemical resistant) than gold plated and vermeil jewelry, but are also hypoallergenic. We achieve our gold tones using a strong, biocom-patible ceramic (found on asteroids and used on rockets) that doesn’t harm living tissue.
There has been too little change in the jewelry industry, and we no longer should only be able pick between two ends of the commonly accepted jewelry spectrum (fashion vs. fine). As a jewelry alternative, we offer something that looks and feels high-end—all at a more universal price point. Will you join us on our journey?
