Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery through our Returns or Exchange Process (see below), and kindly ask that all items be in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. All items marked Sale are final sale.

 

The customer shall be responsible for all necessary shipping costs back to Ready-Made. We recommend that returns be shipped with tracking information.

 

Ready-Made is not liable for any damaged or lost packages during the return process.

 

Instructions for Returns Process
  1. Please email support@ready-made.co with your returns request and Order Confirmation Number.
  2. After receiving email authorization of your return request, package jewelry in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. If possible use the original mailer box; otherwise, please use a secure box that will allow sufficient protection of the jewelry in its original packaging.
  3. Please send your return to:

4. Once we are in receipt of your return and have inspected it, we will process your refund in the original form of payment.

 

Instructions for Exchange Process
  1. Please email support@ready-made.co with your exchange request and Order Confirmation Number.
  2. After receiving email authorization of your exchange, package jewelry in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. If possible use the original mailer box; otherwise, please use a secure box that will allow sufficient protection of the jewelry in its original packaging.
  3. Please send your item being exchanged to:

  4. Once we are in receipt of your item and have inspected it, we will send the new item to your original address, unless otherwise instructed.
