Minimal care required! Make a little dishwashing detergent bubble bath and soak your pieces. Scrub with a soft bristled brush if needed. Then rinse with clean water and dry with a soft towel. Store pieces separately to avoid scratching. Avoid rough surfaces during wear.
Our Tinite coating gives the closest color match to 18k gold you'll find. It's a super-strong ceramic applied through vacuum plating that maintains consistent color—unlike traditional gold plating that sometimes looks too orange or fades within weeks. I’ve had these earrings for about 2 weeks and have been wearing them everyday. They still have not caused my ears to become itchy or irritated. The pair I ordered were too long. I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase the back parts but in the 6 mm and they ended up sending them to me for free. I’m going to purchase another pair in the future.
They feel and look nice and so far it has not tarnished. I never had any itching in my ears (which I usually do!). Most awesome jewelry you will ever own! I’m addicted!!!
I got the 8mm (way too long), which was my fault. That's not why I rated 3 stars, though. It took me way too long to get the posts through my piercing, and I really struggled to find the thread of the screw on the heart piece in order to attach it to the post. If the threaded part was a little longer, it might make it a little easier to hold the earring and blindly search around for the post. I took a 30 minute break between trying to put them on each ear. I wore them for a week before taking them out, and I'll never wear them again (unless maybe my earlobes gain weight one day and I need an 8mm post). Bummer! They are shiny and cute. I just can't fathom trying to put them in again.
